The watches are fine but the customer service and attitude is really bad. We have had two watches in 3 years. The first one stopped charging so they replaced it under the 2 year warranty. On the second one, now out of warranty, the strap has broken and, get this, it cannot be replaced. Instead they suggested we buy a new watch at a cost of £64. When I told them I could get it on Amazon for £60 they told me to buy it. To me this shows a total disregard of their customers and to the environment as this watch will now go into landfill. Take out advice and buy a Fitbit or, tbh, anything but GarminTony
