Bought my 12 year old daughter the VivoFit3 (recommend age 4+) at Christmas so she could use the Garmin Junior App. After months of happily using the app, tonight my daughter was logged out and we were forced to pay a £1 parent authorisation fee so she could log in … only to then do it and she not be allowed to log in as a parent controlled account! Absolutely ridiculous that the app was made for kids to use, parents are forced to pay a fee and then the kids can’t use the app anyway!
I am deeply dissatisfied with the service. I purchased a high-end watch and after relocating, I discovered that I cannot access Canadian maps without incurring an additional charge of about $120. For a premium product, this is simply unacceptable. Despite performing factory resets and utilizing the latest software, the device still restricts access to North American maps unless I pay again. It appears that the device is intentionally region-locked, punishing customers who move. For a brand that markets itself as offering “global” outdoor watches, this level of greed and inflexibility is shocking. From other reviews, it’s clear I am not alone in my negative experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this brand.

I purchased a golf simulator through my local pro shop in early December. I wasted a day trying to set it up, but it didn't work. The tech support was unhelpful and seemed unaware of their own product. They initially said it didn’t have software, then suggested I upgrade software that was already updated. I returned the unit, which the shop confirmed was defective. The lack of quality control is alarming. After claiming they would send a replacement, they required the defective unit back first. Two weeks later, they still haven't sent a replacement despite repeated follow-ups. Overall, a terrible product with inadequate support.
The navigation device is not effective. If you're delivering in urban areas or are a new driver, I recommend avoiding this product. It has directed me to unsuitable locations, and I've had to rely on my own checks before driving. The customer service is unhelpful, and it once routed me down a narrow road when the delivery entrance was on a main road. I have no trust in this product.

Their software update damaged my device, and I was told I could buy a new one since this one is outdated! This feels unethical, as it seems they intentionally disable existing products to encourage new purchases. I will definitely avoid buying from them in the future.
