I received the wrong order; I had requested grey joggers, but they sent black ones. After submitting a return request, I was informed that someone would contact me within 48 hours. That was over two weeks ago, and I still haven't heard from them despite sending several emails. I won't be purchasing from this service again... it's unfortunate because I think their products are really nice.
