I received the incorrect item; I ordered grey joggers, but got black ones instead. After I submitted a return request, I was told someone would reach out within 48 hours. It's been over two weeks, and I still haven't heard back despite multiple emails. I won't be buying from this service again... it's disappointing, as I do believe their products are quite nice.
I like this brand, but they mixed up my order and nobody has responded to my emails about the delay. I received an entirely different jumper instead of the joggers I ordered (the receipt even stated 'joggers', so the person who packed it made a mistake).

The tone of their messages has been unacceptable. It's very upsetting; I was excited to receive items from this brand, but I can't recommend them.
The products are great, but the service is lacking. All my orders have been dispatched late. You can't claim to offer same-day or next-day shipping if you don't deliver on that promise. While the products are fantastic, the delays have been disappointing.
