Received the wrong item and poor communication.

I received the incorrect item; I ordered grey joggers, but got black ones instead. After I submitted a return request, I was told someone would reach out within 48 hours. It's been over two weeks, and I still haven't heard back despite multiple emails. I won't be buying from this service again... it's disappointing, as I do believe their products are quite nice.

Incorrect order sent, no feedback from the seller

I like this brand, but they mixed up my order and nobody has responded to my emails about the delay. I received an entirely different jumper instead of the joggers I ordered (the receipt even stated 'joggers', so the person who packed it made a mistake).

Dishonest and disrespectful experience

My partner ordered £200 worth of clothing for a gift for me. I found out that despite promoting 48-hour shipping, it took three weeks to ship. They also allowed a valuable parcel to be sent without a signature, which resulted in it being stolen. To their credit, they said they would send a replacement, but I learned about my gift without receiving it, despite assurances of a same-day shipment. The tone of their messages has been unacceptable. It's very upsetting; I was excited to receive items from this brand, but I can't recommend them.

Excellent products, but service needs improvement

The products are great, but the service is lacking. All my orders have been dispatched late. You can't claim to offer same-day or next-day shipping if you don't deliver on that promise. While the products are fantastic, the delays have been disappointing.

No item received after 2.5 weeks, no communication

I ordered two tracksuits for my son's Christmas gift on 28 November 2025, and now it is 15 December 2025 with no communication from the company. The payment was taken quickly, but I have received nothing—no delivery, no tracking updates, and no responses to my inquiries. I'm worried about losing £300 and potentially disappointing my teenager on Christmas morning. It seems they prioritize responding to poor reviews instead of directly addressing their concerned customers.
