My recent order was damaged in transit and never arrived. I emailed the service with details from the shipping provider, asking for a replacement. I received no response—complete silence! This is unacceptable! I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer support! Up until now, I have been a loyal customer with no issues. Still waiting for a refund or a new delivery!
