I will not engage with them again and am contemplating legal action. As for the wine boxes, if the items eventually arrive—which is often a challenge—the boxes are not sealed, resulting in spills and breakages. It’s shocking, and the service simply avoids responsibility, leaving you in a difficult position.

I placed an order for 12 bottles on August 31st, 2024. I found it impossible to get a reply from them despite trying every email and phone number. Eventually, they promised to "sort out my missing order," but I never heard back. Like many reviews here, they take your money but where is your order? DO NOT TRUST this company. I will never attempt to order again. I had ordered many times before this incident, but once burned, twice shy. This is now January 11th, 2026, and I'm still waiting for my order or a refund.
