We would like to offer you a $20 partial refund as compensation. You may use a tool to flatten it. Wishing you a Merry Christmas! Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Support Team" It seems the $20 is meant for me to buy a tool to fix the damage myself? I strongly advise against this company!
