They sent me a defective product (15-bar espresso machine with grinder), and it's been almost two weeks now and MULTIPLE hours of dealing with customer service, and they still have not resolved the issue with either a refund or a replacement product that actually works, despite me purchasing the additional "worry-free purchase guarantee." DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are scammers and thieves.

I spent six weeks being jerked around by customer support regarding missing parts for an item purchased on Amazon.

January 12th: They requested my address and phone number to "register" the request.

The Runaround: For over a month, they repeatedly cited stock issues, logistical errors, and zip code problems.

The Reveal: Only now, after 42 days of waiting, did they admit they cannot ship to my location due to logistical restrictions.

They intentionally withheld this information while my Amazon return window closed. Their support is either grossly incompetent or deliberately deceptive. Avoid this company - they will waste your time and leave you with a broken product.

Zero stars. Total failure of service.

Over the past four months, it has been a back and forth email (as they don't take customer service calls) on a part that they would be sending. I have never received it and it's now February. No refund and no help at all from them. It was a $400 car.

I have not received anything. It's been two months since I've ordered this and I thought I would check the reviews on Garvee. I'm not sure how a company can stay in business with such bad reviews.

I purchased a dresser in February 2025, which is still under warranty. I needed a repair on my dresser, however it has been over 6months probably 8months with no success. They continue to tell me that the manufacturer, is behind on my items. I just don't believe them. I do not believe it takes over 6 to 8 months to receive my repair items. I also have to continue to follow up with them. I will not purchase another item from Garvee again. Smh

Disappointing Experience with a Bicycle Purchase

I purchased a bicycle as a Christmas gift for my daughter and discovered significant dents on one part, along with a smaller dent on another. I reached out to the service team weeks ago and received this response: "Hi, hope you're well! We apologize for the issue with your product. We would like to offer you a $20 partial refund as compensation. You may use a tool to flatten it. Wishing you a Merry Christmas! Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Support Team" It seems the $20 is meant for me to buy a tool to fix the damage myself? I strongly advise against this company!

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I wish I could rate this experience lower. I purchased a heat press recently, and it fails to transfer DTF even at 360°. I've tried everything, followed the provided manual, and sought assistance, but my case has been completely ignored despite sending a video of the malfunction. This is appalling. My shirts are ruined, and my customers are left without their orders. The company shows no concern for its customers or business owners. I will definitely share my experience with others.
