After completing our tenancy, we were disheartened by the service we received. Despite leaving the property in a clean state, we faced a £550 deposit claim, including charges for cleaning, painting, and damages. The apartment was in poor condition when we moved in, and despite raising issues multiple times, no action was taken. Repairs for a water leak took months and were not completed properly, leading to further damage. The boiler was also left unrepaired for a week despite our repeated requests. We maintained the property as it was given to us, and our experience has been very disappointing. I hope this review encourages better treatment for future tenants.
