I had been a loyal customer for nearly two years, but my recent experience was alarming and has changed my view of the company entirely. I reached out a week in advance for boiler issues at my properties, but communication was a disaster from the start. I had to follow up repeatedly for responses. They assured me jobs were booked, yet on the day, nothing was scheduled, leaving my tenants waiting. The provided contact number was unresponsive, making it feel like no one was available when needed. One job was a repeat visit for a recurring issue, and instead of a proper fix, the engineer merely cut a pipe and placed it in a bucket. Despite explaining the issue beforehand, I was charged for an inadequate solution. I attempted to resolve this professionally, but the company dismissed my concerns instead of taking responsibility. I was even accused of trying to harm their business when I was merely pointing out service failures. As a long-time customer, this was very disheartening. Good service should involve accountability, but this company chose to deflect blame rather than address the issue. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them and will not be returning.
