I encountered problems with my over 12-year-old gate opener and pinpointed the issue to the control board. I ordered a replacement board from a seller and received it promptly. After installing the new board, I still faced challenges, so I reached out to the seller for additional parts. They offered to connect me with a technician before I made further purchases. A technician named Sam returned my call as promised, but I wasn't able to be at the gate at that moment, so I called him back later. Sam dedicated over two hours troubleshooting my gate issues and identified two distinct problems. Following his guidance, I made a few adjustments, and just like that, the gate was operational again. He also assisted me in reprogramming the keypad, and everything is now functioning perfectly! I would rate Sam ten stars if possible. The seller offers fantastic customer service, a well-stocked inventory, and fast shipping, all provided by patient representatives who communicate clearly. What more could one ask from a vendor? Thank you to the seller and Sam; I will definitely recommend you to anyone in need of a gate opener!
This is not a reliable service provider. We purchased four motors for our business gate, and one of the power boards was damaged. When we reached out for assistance, we were informed that we needed to send the damaged board for warranty inspection but had to buy a new one in the meantime. It's been almost nine months, and despite multiple calls and emails, we haven't received any response. The representative has not returned our calls. Exercise caution.
