Update on November 26th - My order has arrived, and I am very pleased with the outcome. While communication was limited due to their busy schedule, everything turned out well. I initially worried about not discussing the design beforehand and whether I provided the right details, but they executed it flawlessly, so it all worked out in the end. November 7th - Based on other reviews, the representative seems quite reliable. They might be experiencing a busy period; I'm not sure. I made a purchase, and although my payment went through, I haven't received any follow-up or confirmation email, which is somewhat concerning. I don't believe it's a scam, but I would suggest waiting to place an order until they improve their communication, as I am currently £148 out with no product.

Update: The gift has arrived, and it looks fantastic. I can't speak to its functionality yet since it's a Christmas present, but the quality seems impressive and it was packaged nicely. I truly hope this is just a minor issue. I purchased a Christmas gift for my Dad and now I'm anxious about losing £140. I've reached out via email, Instagram, and Facebook with no response. From other reviews, this isn't typical service, but it's caused me significant stress, leaving me unable to purchase from another vendor.
Update: I have now received it, and it looks lovely. I can't comment on how well it functions yet as it is a Christmas gift, but it appears to be of good quality and was well wrapped. I hope this is just an oversight, but I ordered a present for my Dad as a special Christmas gift and am now worried about losing £140. I sent an email, Instagram, and Facebook message but have received no reply. From other reviews, it seems this is not their usual service, but it's caused me significant anxiety, and I’m upset that I can't afford to buy from another seller.
The custom cut branding set and the standard letter and number set are very well made and nicely packaged. I am extremely pleased with the results so far. I was surprised to see they are made of brass, and a lot of care has gone into their making. The electric heater is robust. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience.
