Initally had a good experience with my personal advisor (Shaz Essa) who has been dealing the case after many couple hours conversation and go through documentation and supporting document once she was happy with all she asked for product fees and valuation. Then she inform me underwriter is not happy and given an useless reason the income by mortgage ratio despite showing it work they lack understanding and never answer by basic question why shaz approved if that's the case... either underwriter is wrong or shaz.. but regardless they didn't refund my money back. Never use them ... or if you are ensure that take in writing shaz is happy if it wont go ahead they will refund product fees.
