I had a very disappointing experience. My order wasn’t marked as shipped until a week after I placed it, and I still haven’t received a tracking number or estimated delivery date, despite multiple inquiries. These items are made and shipped from overseas, which isn’t clearly stated. The delivery timelines advertised were unrealistic; I expected my order to arrive before Christmas based on what I saw at checkout. I paid a significant amount for these gifts, but since they haven't arrived, I can't comment on their quality. Now, I just want a refund to buy something else, but customer service has refused since the order is supposedly on the way. I wouldn't recommend going through the same frustration.
