I recently bought some canvases as a gift for a friend, and they arrived right on time. I just wanted to express my gratitude for including one of the crystal scrapers in my order. I’m confident that my friend will adore it! Thanks once more!
I had an extremely frustrating experience. My order wasn't marked as shipped until a week after I placed it, and I still haven't received a tracking number or estimated delivery date, despite reaching out multiple times. These items are produced and shipped from overseas, which the company fails to clarify. The delivery timelines advertised were unrealistic, and I fully expected my order to arrive before the holiday based on what I saw at checkout. I spent a significant amount on these as gifts, but since they haven't arrived yet, I can't comment on the quality. At this point, I just want a refund to purchase something else, but the support team denied my request since the order is supposedly on the way. I would not recommend experiencing the same frustration.
I placed my order on November 2nd, hoping it would arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, as I write this, my order has yet to arrive. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for several family members. After some research, I discovered that shipping is from overseas. The representative I've been in contact with has been wonderful, but the lengthy delay forces me to give a low rating. I've seen other reviews and hope the product arrives intact, as refunds aren't available once items are shipped. I understand they're a new company and quite busy, but I believe they should have better preparations for the holiday season.
Unsatisfactory experience - they present themselves as a local company, but they are based overseas. They only managed to get on a plane from overseas on December 21st, so who knows when I’ll receive them. Now I’m back out shopping for a different gift. Very disappointing.

I added an item to my cart, and before I checked out, I was contacted by a real person offering a discount code since I was taking a while. That was impressive! When my package arrived, it was damaged by the delivery service. I received a prompt response, and they offered me a partial refund and to send a new package. I didn’t want the refund; I just wanted the package. When it finally arrived, they included an extra canvas as an apology for the inconvenience, which wasn’t their fault. By far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had, and the product is exactly as advertised—so relaxing!
