it's my fourth time buying from them across the past year and I finally decided to post a review, because I'm just so impressed! the products look amazing and they are constantly making new designs and concepts so every time I ordered I got pleasantly surprised. I remember the first time I ordered, it was just an envelope and a canvas in a regular mailer bag (my canvas arrived bent and slightly damaged and when I reached out to their customer service they arranged for a free replacement for me right away). Fast forward a year later, now they come in these really pretty and sturdily padded mailer bags and the envelope/packaging is actually an origami piece that can be folded into a display stand for the canvas. the paper quality also feels so much better. you can really see the effort they are putting into making these products and the thought they put in to listen to the customers.
