I purchased parking at LGW Airport with LGW Executive, which included the airport levy fee both ways (Booking Ref. No [CPD-19-618984]). All was going well until I tried to exit the Orange Car Park at LGW by presenting a prepaid ticket, at the exit barrier, which turned out to be invalid. A quick call to the operator to seek advice on the way to proceed resulted in my paying (£8) to be able to get out of the car park. The operator said to contact head office by email to get a refund. I attempted to do this by email twice and by phone once and I'm yet to receive a response from the company. It is a shame that what would have otherwise been a very good service ended this badly, but I have no other option but to write this review. Over to you management of LGW Executive.
