The food was OK at the Birmingham branch. But my local steak restaurant in rural Worcestershire is better.But what I found truly appalling is the mark up on wine. A good bottle - costing £21 in the shops, is now sold at over £90 here.Now I know that it's tough running a business. I run one myself. But these mark-ups are outrageous. The cheapest wines on offer are expensive and of very poor quality.It really doesn't have to be like this. I did write to express my dissatisfaction afterwards and sadly got a really pathetic reply. I won't be returning. They are probably making a £65 margin on just serving a single bottle of wine. Not for me thanks.
