After this frustrating experience, I looked into them further and found many 1-star reviews, which didn’t surprise me.Thankfully, I came across a travel agency called PALKI TRAVEL. The agents there were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. I made my booking with ease and flew happily without any issues, all at the best price!
