This is a complete scam. It's a classic bait and switch. I traded in my pristine iPhone 13 Pro, and they offered me less than half of the initial estimate, falsely claiming there were numerous scratches. Even a scratched version of the same model gets a much higher estimate on their platform. I advise staying away from this service.
