Additionally, they insisted it wasn’t an iPhone 12 Pro—what have I been using for the last three years? I reached out twice via email for proof, thinking they might have confused it with another phone, but received no reply. I ended up getting my phone back. This feels like a bait and switch situation. I would recommend avoiding them for selling.
