This is an absolute scam. They approved my order but failed to provide any updates about shipment or progress for three weeks, and their customer support is severely lacking. The order only started shipping after my bank contacted them regarding a dispute. I strongly advise against ordering here, as responses are slow and you may be ignored for extended periods, leaving you frustrated. My inquiries to various stores for contact information were dismissed, and the headquarters did not respond either. Their official emails appear untrustworthy. To avoid losing your money, it's better to visit a physical store instead of ordering online.
