Complete disappointment with the service

This experience was a complete disappointment. They approved my order but failed to provide any updates regarding shipment or progress for three weeks, and their customer support was inadequate. The order only began to ship after my bank intervened due to a dispute. I cannot recommend placing an order here, as responses are slow and often ignored, leaving you feeling frustrated. I reached out to various stores for contact information regarding the warehouse, but my requests were dismissed, and there was no response from the headquarters either. Their official emails seem untrustworthy. To avoid losing your money, it’s better to visit a physical store instead of ordering online.

Once a good service, now disappointing

This used to be a reliable service years ago, but it has become shockingly poor. I have not received the item I ordered two weeks ago and have now filed a claim with my payment provider. Their customer service is nonexistent—no replies to emails, and calls to their phone line are never answered.

Returning items is a nightmare

Terrible experience

This place is dreadful. I returned a pair of jeans that were in perfect condition and within the returns period, but I was told they don't do credit. I was left with no option but to find something else immediately or lose my money. Compared to other stores, the staff here are rude and unhelpful.

Dreadful return service

Avoid this company!

This has been a nightmare. I placed an order on September 27, and although the checkout page suggested delivery in 2-4 days, it only arrived on October 10, which is 14 days later. Returning items is a hassle, as there are no QR codes provided, and the return address is in another country. I’m still waiting for updates on my orders. Their customer service replies are robotic and unhelpful. If I don’t hear back from them soon, I will dispute the charge with my bank. This will be my first and last experience with them.
