This has been a nightmare. I placed an order on September 27, and although the checkout page suggested delivery in 2-4 days, it only arrived on October 10, which is 14 days later. Returning items is a hassle, as there are no QR codes provided, and the return address is in another country. I’m still waiting for updates on my orders. Their customer service replies are robotic and unhelpful. If I don’t hear back from them soon, I will dispute the charge with my bank. This will be my first and last experience with them.
