I ordered around £150 worth of clothes last week (Jan 18th). After not seeing any dispatch email I followed up ringing their customer service today as it says 2-5 days for delivery. I spoke to a French woman who had such poor English, she could not understand me and vice versa. But what I did get is that they've had a breach of their system -- she said that it was a 'dangerous' situation to have the system on at the moment. I tried to clarify that I'd heard this correctly and she said yes, there has been a breach of data. I was appaulled - not only have they failed to notify anybody, but we have no idea what is happening to rectify this!! There must be many customers in a similar situation to me right now - with many completely unaware!! I am reporting them to the ICO as they've failed to inform their customers or keep anybody up to date about their personal data. What has happened with all our personal data??
