I will never order from this company again. Bought some trousers before Christmas took them out the package, didn’t like the quality of the material or shape and put them back in the bag. Didn't try them on.Went through the stupid returns process (filling in 3 customs forms that could be floating around anywhere with my personal details on) 2 days later. Had email 2 weeks ago saying they are checking the clothes…still no refund!! I’ll be issuing a small claim against this company unless I have my refund in the next 7 days on the expiry of 14 working days of then receiving the package.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
