I would also give a 0 if I could. Got the items okay, they were fine, not the old times good quality but still worth the price.The massive issue came when I returned them. First, a complex return process as Benetton UK never say the items are shipped from Italy. They should say it as I wouldn't have purchased if I knew. Second, I returned 8 items out of 10 received. Their warehouse insists the package I sent only had 6 in it. My conclusion is that someone has tampered with the parcel and smuggled 2 items out of it, which wouldn't surprise me as it can happen with certain Italian carriers (I am Italian).In my return forms and Klarna form I correctly stated the codes and item name of the 8 items I returned but they won't budge and they're charging as I kept 4 items, whilst I've only kept two. It's my word against their word ad I have no way to prove what was in the box I returned. I am being charged a total of £248 for 2 items worth £129. Not to mention I used a 10% discount code therefore they shouldn't charge the full price. This has led me incredible distress as with the current cost of living I do not have money to spare. One man from their customer service even accused me of lying! Bad bad bad beyond words and frankly incredibly unfair and maddening
