For clarification, I have placed my order on the Swedish Benetton website, but they do not have a Trustpilot profile, so writing here - the customer service is after all the same. Unfortunately, I am joining the unhappy with returns club. I have been trying to wrestle a return form (which was supposed to be in my parcel) from the customer service department for the last six days. No reply whatsoever. I paid by Klarna invoice so at least that is a small consolation, as I reported a problem to Klarna and they paused the invoice. The garments were always good quality and well designed, but this is way too much hassle, I'd rather buy elsewhere or second-hand. Avoid.
