We moved from Brighton to Auckland in New Zealand, starting in August and finishing by November. We chose this service due to their excellent quote for a 40-foot container. The booking was straightforward, and the team was very helpful and responsive. They made the international moving process, including customs and quarantine, easy as they managed everything. They took three days to pack our items, and their efficiency was impressive—this was our third international move, and they were the best by far, ensuring everything was double-wrapped and carefully packed. We had only one minor breakage out of 240 boxes and 80 items. While there may have been a bit too much wrapping at times, I prefer that to damaged goods. The container experienced a month-long delay in Singapore, but that was out of their control. Once it arrived in Auckland, another representative took over and did an excellent job managing quarantine and delivering our items. While I don’t plan to move internationally again, I would definitely choose this service if I had to. Excellent work!
