I received my order only to discover that one item was completely unusable. I reached out to the support team, providing my order number, but they responded asking for it again. I sent another email with my order number clearly highlighted in three different places. It has now been 6 days, and I haven't heard anything back. This experience has been absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this service.
