I ordered a phone charger on 4th December 2025 and after e-mailing 4 times chasing delivery with no response I received an e-mail mid January 2026 from Sara asking if I still required the charger or a refund, I replied asking for the latter and to this day I still haven't received it. The customer service from this company is worse than hopeless.
I received my order only to discover that one item was completely unusable. I reached out to the support team, providing my order number, but they responded asking for it again. I sent another email with my order number clearly highlighted in three different places. It has now been 6 days, and I haven't heard anything back. This experience has been absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this service.

I found this one from a seller and was initially uncertain as it arrived in a clear bag without packaging. It's a different model from another manufacturer, but it looks and feels just like the original. It charges my device quickly and efficiently.

This was my first experience with the platform. I found them online and ordered a replacement cable. They had the best price available. I plan to order again as they offer a variety of items for phones. Delivery took some time, but that won't deter me from purchasing again!
I cannot recommend this seller. I purchased a phone charger that failed within 8 months. I returned it and was promised a replacement, but after 6 weeks, I still haven’t received it. The seller is unresponsive to emails and doesn’t provide a phone number. There are other suppliers for these items, and I suggest using them instead.
