I ordered a phone charger on 4th December 2025 and after e-mailing 4 times chasing delivery with no response I received an e-mail mid January 2026 from Sara asking if I still required the charger or a refund, I replied asking for the latter and to this day I still haven't received it. The customer service from this company is worse than hopeless.
