And so the saga continues from my initial review of rudeness and broken promises. DON'T INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN. I CONSIDER THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENCES AND REFUSE TO RETURN IT USING A WEB OF LIES AND BROKEN PROMISES. Contacts include Edward Muller, Jayden, and another who wouldn't give his name, and Sienna Blake. Sienna has escalated my complaint but appears powerless to resolve customer complaints. All review replies refer to gbpxo.com which when emailed are returned as undeliverable. Have had answers from gbpxo.co but not recently. Only response is via chat which produces another string of broken promises. Customer service phone doesn't get answered to calls or messages and it is impossible to call them because returning missed calls tells you the number is not in service. Can't rate the company any lower. They are appalling and unscrupulous. It's a shame Trust pilot don't provide assistance links for fund recovery for scammers like these, but hey ho I'll find one and I won't go away until I get my money back.Part 2 evolves.I've been asked to withdraw my negative review. I don't feel obliged to do that because it is factual and it actually happened. I will however update it to the current situation. After much correspondence to and fro and also been told more untruths from support which I had to challenge I am delighted to state I have finally received my funds in full plus a small gain I had made. My thanks go out to Sienna Blake who orchestrated the refunds and is the only person who communicated as they promised in what must be based the negative reviews, an extremely challenging environment. I hope the company has learnt some lessons from these circumstances.
