Review Time
I think most investors think this is a bogus Trading platform. They get the usual spin, from their customers services without them actually doing anything to rectify clients concerns. Their customer services is for show only. My so called account manager lost me thousands of dollars and, has since avoided me like the plague. I haven't spoken to him for over 3 weeks now. Recently I haven't been able to close positions with profit after many attempts. Therefore I have closed these positions only to find my account balance was reduced by hundreds of dollars. At one time I wanted to withdraw my funds but, I can only do this with the assistance of one of their account managers. You can add to the balance with ease but, making a withdrawal is almost impossible. Some clients have mentioned about pressure tactics to increase their account balance. I've experienced that even though, l told them l hadn't got anymore money to invest. To this the account manager suggested, I took out loans to raise money. Please stay clear of this company. Their customer service doesn't allay my fears that this is a complete scam and, they will leave you stone broke.

Seemed ok to start with, started making money, then company name changed, had a number of high pressure calls to invest vast sums, as I haven’t got vast sums to commit, so I steadily built up my balance, from other resources and some made in trading account, all going well, checked this morning to find my account was empty, trading history indicated positions were closed at 02:47 hrs less than 9 hours after opening in gold . Not by me I ! So where’s the money gone, I didn’t authorize this closure . I will now wait to see what happens , I have contacted customer services and my account manager. who doesn't seem to want to contact meBut I’m not holding my breath, I agree with people who have experienced difficulties getting money out.Increasingly I thinks things with this company are suspicious.

Checked again this evening, to find my account was empty, trading history indicated positions were closed at 16.40 today . Not by me I ! So where’s the money gone, I didn’t authorise this closure . I will now wait to see what happens , I have contacted customer services and my account manager. But I’m not holding my breath, I agree with people who have experienced difficulties getting money out. Increasingly I thinks things with this company are suspicious.
I am very annoyed with this company. Since Nov 2025 I hve requested refund of my account and closure. I hve been told they carry out refunds in a very short space of time . This is clearly a lie and judging from other reviews they are not a reputable company. Just another scam do not conduct business with them. I would not award them one star if it was possible .
After initial optimism I have to say I’m very disappointed in this company. A $50 withdrawal was easy then I needed more and the excuses started coming, incorrect address, then I had to close transactions. Then I was told someone would contact me, nobody has. Update After almost a month I’ve been contacted by the company. They have explained the situation to me and how it works. They entice you with bonuses but do not tell you that you can’t withdraw money until you’ve paid back the bonus first, very sneaky. They should be upfront about all conditions at the start.
I would be very careful in undertaking any business with this company unless you are a sophisticated investor. Depositing funds is fairly straightforward but, making withdrawals can take one week before you see the funds in your designated bank account .
I would like to file a complaint against GBPXO. I invested some money with them, and when they later demanded additional funds to open another account, I declined due to a lack of trust. I requested to withdraw my money, but they were rude over the phone and refused to return my funds, even asking what I could possibly do to get it back. I am seeking assistance in taking appropriate legal action, as I do not understand how they can withhold my funds without justification.
