Bad experience This has been one of the most frustrating and upsetting experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I tried for weeks to close my account and withdraw my own money, but my emails were ignored and I kept getting locked out of my account with constant errors. My 200 USD withdrawal is still not processed, and at this point I feel completely abandoned as a customer.What hurt me the most was my phone conversation with a staff member Instead of helping me, he spoke to me with unbelievable rudeness and disrespect. Some of the things he said were deeply offensive and left me shaken. No customer should ever be treated this way.I honestly feel let down, disrespected, and extremely disappointed. I trusted this company with my money and was met with unprofessionalism and unacceptable behaviour.I would not recommend this company to anyone based on what I have gone through.
