I think most investors think this is a bogus Trading platform. They get the usual spin, from their customers services without them actually doing anything to rectify clients concerns. Their customer services is for show only. My so called account manager lost me thousands of dollars and, has since avoided me like the plague. I haven't spoken to him for over 3 weeks now. Recently I haven't been able to close positions with profit after many attempts. Therefore I have closed these positions only to find my account balance was reduced by hundreds of dollars. At one time I wanted to withdraw my funds but, I can only do this with the assistance of one of their account managers. You can add to the balance with ease but, making a withdrawal is almost impossible. Some clients have mentioned about pressure tactics to increase their account balance. I've experienced that even though, l told them l hadn't got anymore money to invest. To this the account manager suggested, I took out loans to raise money. Please stay clear of this company. Their customer service doesn't allay my fears that this is a complete scam and, they will leave you stone broke.
