This is the slowest customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I made a cash-in transaction worth 10,000 pesos on December 18, 2024, but I received a message on my GCash app saying that the cash-in did not push through, even though the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account. I provided proof of payment, but as of now, January 25, 2025, there is still no resolution.They keep asking me if I still need assistance with my concern, even though they know it hasn’t been resolved yet.
