This situation is incredibly upsetting! An estimated amount of 52k - 55k is currently inaccessible. My account was unexpectedly cleared upon requesting assistance. I was unable to log in despite using biometrics and my MPIN. Suddenly, I received a message stating my account was cleaned up, and I needed to register for a fund transfer without prior notice. I completed the registration and verified my account, but after waiting 48 hours, the funds still haven’t arrived. I was told my funds would transfer within that time frame, but now I’m being asked to raise another ticket. This is disheartening, as I don’t have access to my funds and my previous ticket is marked closed without any resolution.
