Frustrating Account Issues

This situation is incredibly upsetting! An estimated amount of 52k - 55k is currently inaccessible. My account was unexpectedly cleared upon requesting assistance. I was unable to log in despite using biometrics and my MPIN. Suddenly, I received a message stating my account was cleaned up, and I needed to register for a fund transfer without prior notice. I completed the registration and verified my account, but after waiting 48 hours, the funds still haven’t arrived. I was told my funds would transfer within that time frame, but now I’m being asked to raise another ticket. This is disheartening, as I don’t have access to my funds and my previous ticket is marked closed without any resolution.

Serious Issues with Transactions

Payments were sent to various users last month, and the company claims they cannot reverse them because they are valid. However, I did not receive any OTP or email confirmation regarding the transaction. If I knew it was valid, I wouldn’t have raised my concerns. After checking my message history and emails, I found no record of this transaction. This raises suspicions about potential internal issues. I feel that my money has been taken unfairly. This situation is extremely concerning.
