The customer support has been extremely disappointing. My account has been stuck on processing for over a week now. Reaching out to the support team has been unhelpful, and they respond as if it's a burden to address my concerns. This feels like a scam; I strongly recommend avoiding this service. At this point, I might as well just discard the card.
