I had a terrible experience with this service. They made promises they couldn't fulfill, and the support is non-existent. It's not an immediate payback; they seem to ignore you. The only way to reach them is through a section on their site that they hardly monitor. I'm on day three waiting for a resolution, while they initially claimed it would take only 2 to 4 hours. This has been incredibly frustrating. I've seen numerous negative reviews, and I believe they deserve to be highlighted. Please avoid using their services, as they seem to lack basic business ethics. The customer support has been extremely disappointing. My account has been stuck on processing for over a week now. Reaching out to the support team has been unhelpful, and they respond as if it's a burden to address my concerns. This feels like a scam; I strongly recommend avoiding this service. At this point, I might as well just discard the card.
