Very disappointing experience overall. I purchased Range Rover SVA Autobiography 5.0 in November and the engine management light came on within 24 hours of collection. as well as coming with multiple faults including electrical issues, software failures, missing advertised features (Apple CarPlay), heated seat and windscreen problems, camera faults, and ongoing TCU issues that have left key functions such as the InControl app unusable.The vehicle has spent nearly four weeks off the road for repairs, yet the problems remain unresolved despite assurances that they had been fixed. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.After giving the dealer ample opportunity to resolve the issues, with slow response times on replying to me or reimbursing my costs. It was clear to me I am not priority as I am not buying a car. As the level of service I received when I registered an interest on this car was in stark contrast with them ringing/pestering me about 4 times in as many hours.I have now had to formally reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and involve the finance company.Not the experience I expected when purchasing what was meant to be an upgrade.
