Very disappointing experience overall. I purchased Range Rover SVA Autobiography 5.0 in November and the engine management light came on within 24 hours of collection. as well as coming with multiple faults including electrical issues, software failures, missing advertised features (Apple CarPlay), heated seat and windscreen problems, camera faults, and ongoing TCU issues that have left key functions such as the InControl app unusable.
The vehicle has spent nearly four weeks off the road for repairs, yet the problems remain unresolved despite assurances that they had been fixed. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
After giving the dealer ample opportunity to resolve the issues, with slow response times on replying to me or reimbursing my costs. It was clear to me I am not priority as I am not buying a car. As the level of service I received when I registered an interest on this car was in stark contrast with them ringing/pestering me about 4 times in as many hours.

I have now had to formally reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and involve the finance company.
Not the experience I expected when purchasing what was meant to be an upgrade.

Just Bought a Porsche Taycan from GC…

Just Bought a Porsche Taycan from GC motors, Rob was my salesman and he was excellent, he dealt with all the hurdles I threw at him and got the car delivered to me from over 200 miles away fully charged and in perfect condition. Thanks again!

Want a good deal? Be honest!

Successfully buying a car from 200+ miles away takes honesty and trust on both sides. Rob and the GC team were great from start to finish - clear, simple and easy to work with. We agreed a deal and today I drove 240 miles to collect a car I’d never seen. The GC team were also buying a car that day that they hadn’t seen, mine…..Like I said trust is a two way street. We were both honest about the cars, no hidden surprises. The result was after we both tested the cars we shook hands and deal was done as agreed. Everyone was happy. They even let me use their office for a work call and made me about 15 coffees. Thank you Rob and the team at GC motors. Great service. Great people.

Great Service, Great People and a Great Car

Great visit today to GC Motors, had sent a message to two dealers on Friday night and eventually went with GC to view the car as Neil made it an easy decision the pre sales communication, by email, phone and text made it a no brainer that he would be attentive, easy to deal with, no sales pressure just a very consultative and caring approach, went to the garage and that is exactly the service I got. Got a great car, great service and Neil was a fantastic ambassador for GC cars.

I've used GC Motors for servicing for 12 years plus. Customer service is first class, both Paul and Martin are great. Responsive and competitively priced. Gets the job done. I've had Porsche, Bentley, Audi, BMW cars serviced here. Including a ten year old Audi A3 and I get the same service and experience.I've also purchased two cars (a Porsche and Bentley) with great sales experiences. As it happens, both cars were sold back to GC Motors and that was also a great experience with good prices.I trust them and I get great service. Cannot be better.
