Their billing practices should be reevaluated. They’re more concerned about getting a maximum from you, your insurance, then additional bills for you as well. They specifically do not go in networks with insurance so they can bill you as much as possible. When customer service says 80% of customers call in with the same concern - maybe the concern should be evaluated in how you can do better. I will not use them again, I will not recommend them to anyone, and I will specifically tell my healthcare provider and any provider who uses them about my poor experience.
