Absolutely horrible. A 30 month old, top end GE microwave stopped working in February, 2026. GE arranged a repair service to visit. The tech agreed that it didn't work. Duh. I was handed a bill for $130 which I refused to pay. (Since then I've received several duplicate bills in the mail which were immediately deposited into recycle.). I was then sent a replacement at 30 percent off the normal price. Although it worked, it arrived with a very large dent in the side which caused me concern that it might affect the useful life of the device. Another service came out, looked at it, agreed it was a big dent, and told me there was nothing they could do and I need to get hold of GE. They have not sent me a bill so I don't have the satisfaction of not paying them. I have had numerous conversations with Bothwell staff, all of whom are friendly, polite, and professional, but none of whom have been able to help me at all. GE products are not worth the money and their customer service is dreadful. I will never, as in not ever, buy another GE product. Our other appliances are Bosch and we should have bought a Bosch microwave even though they're expensive but at least they work.
