Bodewell service that is suppose to service GE appliances came twice to check my oven that cutting off heat after 20+minutes. One Technicians came Dec 1, 2025 and sat while I turned on oven left when it didn't turn off while he was there. He never diagnosed the problem-checked sensor..Another technician came Dec 31 did nothing and said I needed an electrical panel that he didn't have. I was charged $167+ for the service call which I'm disputing since they did nothing, have no physical address.
3 brand new appliances, 2 have problems! Getting in touch with Bodewell is a nightmare! Repairman was sent for stove and refrigerator but he knew nothing about refrigerators!!! First 2 appointments no one showed up!!!
Avoid this brand for appliances! I bought five (Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, and Microwave) installed in late 2019, and each has required repairs. My high-end model has ongoing cooling issues since 2022. After multiple service visits, the same problem persists, showing a defect that was never addressed. The time and frustration—especially for a premium-priced appliance—have been incredibly disappointing. I would NEVER choose this brand again and cannot recommend it.
This company needs to be investigated. Each time a technician comes to repair my dryer, the situation worsens. The technicians seem more focused on leaving quickly rather than doing a thorough job. This has been the worst experience, and I will ensure to avoid this brand in the future.

Scheduling an appointment was straightforward. The technician arrived on time and called ahead of his arrival. He quickly identified the issue with our dishwasher door and made the repair. He also educated us about cleaning the filter every three months, which we were unaware of. It was a pleasure having him in our home.
We bought our dryer on 2/11/25, and it stopped working on November 9. When we called for warranty service, they said they could send someone a week later, which was not ideal, but we waited. They later canceled and pushed the appointment to November 25. The technician diagnosed the issue and said a part was needed. After delays, we were left without a dryer for almost a month! Customer service has been unhelpful, and I will NEVER purchase from this brand again due to their unreliable products and service.
Terrible service experience. They canceled two appointments and after two weeks informed me they don’t have the necessary part. Why then did they call to schedule tech visits? I am a three-time customer, owning ten appliances in total. The last two sets were premium models. The next set will not be from this brand.
I wish I could give a zero. We bought a range two years ago, and it has been problematic since day one. Last night, the knob jammed, allowing gas to leak into our home—a serious safety concern! Customer service has been appalling, repeating that the appliance is out of warranty. This product has been nothing but a headache, and I regret not reading reviews before purchasing.
This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. My oven stopped working in October, and after three failed appointments with a technician who was unhelpful, the customer relations department offered no real assistance, just more rescheduling. I want a new oven and will never buy from this brand again.
