Avoid this brand at all costs! I've purchased five appliances (Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, and Microwave) installed in late 2019, and every single one has required repairs. My high-end model has had persistent cooling failures since 2022. Despite multiple service visits, the same issue keeps resurfacing, indicating a defect that was never properly fixed. The time, cost, and frustration involved—especially for a premium-priced appliance—have been incredibly disappointing. Based on my experience, I would NEVER buy from this brand again and cannot recommend it.
