Terrible Service Experience

Terrible service experience. They canceled two appointments and after two weeks informed me they don’t have the necessary part. Why then did they call to schedule tech visits? I am a three-time customer, owning ten appliances in total. The last two sets were premium models. The next set will not be from this brand.
