Unacceptable Service Delay

We bought our dryer on 2/11/25, and it stopped working on November 9. When we called for warranty service, they said they could send someone a week later, which was not ideal, but we waited. They later canceled and pushed the appointment to November 25. The technician diagnosed the issue and said a part was needed. After delays, we were left without a dryer for almost a month! Customer service has been unhelpful, and I will NEVER purchase from this brand again due to their unreliable products and service.
