Bought a GE Opal 2 icemaker and it started making noise. It was less than a year old and they took it back. They lost the paperwork and told me it would be sent out last week. It took another week to ship it out and when I got it, it was completely damaged. Do not purchase GE products because they do not stand behind what they sell. They would not give me a refund and will not send FedEx here to pick up the damaged one, I have to take it to FedEx. This is ridiculous.
