I would give minus stars if possible. Bought a GE washer ( model GTW465ASN9WW) in June of 2023. Two days ago the bolt that holds the agitator base to the actual machine broke in half. And it was rusted. Who puts parts in a machine that will rust? We won't be buying another GE washer. My first washer, a Kenmore bought in 1989, worked fine for 25 years. GE, where is your pride and integrity?
